The results are in!!! I passed!

Well, yesterday I received my official results of all three Oregon Board Exams. I passed (of course..hehe).
I should have a license in my hand in the next week or two. It's feels pretty amazing to know that a little over a year ago, I was only thinking about massage school...and hadn't even started yet. Now, I am done with school and will soon to ready to start my business. I am so excited and can I say I'm proud of myself? Cuz I am!

YAY! I am done

I took my practical board exam in Salem this morning. My dad drove down there with me and my mom watch Sid. It was really nice having the company and convo on the way down. I thought I would be really nervous, but I wasn't at all. I feel like I did really well and should get the results of my test in about a week. I am so excited to actually be done!!! I don't even remember what its like to not study..lol. Now I can just relax and prepare for our baby

Tomorrow is the big day

Tomorrow I got to Salem to take my Practical Board Exam. I am a little nervous, but feeling pretty confident overall. I think the nerves just come from the fact that there will be THREE examiners in the room with me, that's gotta make anyone nervous. I will be thrilled once it is all over and I can apply for my license and be official! I put in a lot of hard work to get to this point.

One down, one to go

Well, I took my written board exam today...and passed! Not that I am suprised, but I AM relieved. Now I can spend the next two weeks stressing about my practical exam..lol.
Lots of practicing to do for that one.

Big test tomorrow!

Tomorrow is my written Oregon Board of Massage exam! I am a little nervous, but mostly excited and ready to have this portion on the boards behind me. Then I will have two weeks to study for my practical board exam - and then.....I will be done!! and I will be an officially licensed Massage Therapist! I can't wait.

John and I took a trip to vegas in April. It was my first time away from Sid. It was hard, but he had fun with Grama and John and I had a great time together. Cirque Du Soliel is the best!!!

Sid's Froggy Pool

Sid got a froggy pool for his 2nd birthday from his friend Tanner. We finally had a day worthy of blowing up the pool and going for a swim. This was Sid's first time in a "real swimming pool". He likes to say he is "swimmin" while he plays in the tub. He had a blast and believe me when I say, he did NOT want to come inside for his nap.

Baby #2

John and I are anxiously awaiting the arrival of baby #2. I am currently 29 weeks along (11 more to go). As most of you know we are not finding out the sex of our baby, so it is VERY EXCITING! Sid seems to be excited also. He loves to kiss my belly - to give the baby kisses. I can't wait to see our two kids together. I am due SEPTEMBER 21st. Here is the latest picture of our sweet new baby at my 28 week ultrasound (its not common to have an ultrasound this late in the pregnancy but they had a concern about my placenta that they needed to check on - it turned out to be fine!!!) the baby is facing the screen with the top of it's head to the left.
